1. WHERE DOES ROCK & HERB™ SHIP?

Rock & Herb™ offers shipping delivery with tracking to selected countries. Please refer to the countries below, before you place an order.   

• Asia Pacific: Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia and Vietnam.

• United State & Canada: United States and Canada

• Middle East:Bahrain, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab, Emirates, Egypt, Morocco 

• United Kingdom & Various part of Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey.

As we are still expanding our reach across the globe, we may have miss out your country of residence. If your country of residence is not listed above, please reach out to us at shipping@rockandherb.com

2. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

Rock & Herb™ partner with Ninja Van to fulfil our orders in Singapore and Malaysia.

All the prices reflected below are quoted in Singapore Dollars (S$).

Singapore

• For order above S$50, Free Standard Delivery (2-4 working days)

• For order below S$50, the shipping charges is $6.00.

Malaysia

• For order above $100, Free Standard Delivery (5-7 working days)

• For order below $100, the shipping charges is $8.00.

3. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Rock & Herb™ partner with DHL Express worldwide for our expedited shipping and local courier for our standard shipping to fulfil our international orders.

United States & Canada

Expedited Shipping – DHL Express Worldwide (3-8 working days)

• For order below $100, the shipping charges is $40.00

• For order between $100 - $250, the shipping charges is $35.00

• For order above $250, we offer Free Expedited shipping!

Asia Pacific - (HK)

Standard Shipping – International & Local Courier (4 - 9 working days)

• For order below $100, the shipping charges is $15.00.

• For order between $100 - $150, the shipping charges is $10.00

• For order above $150, we offer Free Standard shipping!

Asia Pacific - (Indonesia)

Via Air Shipping – (3 - 5 working days). Ship out on every Wednesday and Friday. 

• For order below $100, the shipping charges is $8.00.

• For order between $100 - $150, the shipping charges is $4.00

• For order above $150, we offer Free Standard shipping!

United Kingdom & Various part of Europe

Expedited Shipping – DHL Express Worldwide (3-8 working days)

• For order below $100, the shipping charges is $40.00

• For order between $100 - $250, the shipping charges is $35.00

• For order above $250, we offer Free Expedited shipping!

4. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holiday). All orders processed after 2:00pm SGT will be processed the following business day and shipped out that day, based on product availability.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holiday will be processed on the following business day.

5. MY PACKAGE APPEARS TO BE MISSING?

6. WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR DUTIES AND TAXES?

Rock & Herb will not be responsible for any customs, duties and taxes charged to a customer.

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. All applicable taxes and duties must be paid at the point of, or after delivery. Therefore, please check with your local authorities for information in regards to applicable duties or taxes.
