1. WHERE DOES ROCK & HERB™ SHIP?

Rock & Herb™ offers shipping with tracking to selected countries. Please refer to the countries below, before you place an order.   

• Asia Pacific: Singapore, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam.

• United State & Canada: United States and Canada

• United Kingdom & Various part of Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey.

As we are still expanding our reach across the globe, we may have miss out your country of residence. If your country of residence is not listed above, please reach out to us at shipping@rockandherb.com

2. WHAT ARE THE LOCAL SHIPPING CHARGES?

Rock & Herb™ partners with Ninja Van to fulfil our orders in Singapore and Malaysia.

All the prices reflected below are quoted in Singapore Dollars (S$).

Singapore

• For orders above S$50, Free Standard Delivery (2-4 working days)

• For orders below S$50, the shipping charges are S$2.50.

Malaysia

• For orders above S$100, Free Standard Delivery (5-7 working days)

• For orders below S$100, the shipping charges are S$8.00.

3. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Rock & Herb™ partner with DHL Express worldwide for our expedited shipping and DHL e-commerce & local courier for our standard shipping to fulfil our international orders.

United States & Canada

Expedited Shipping – DHL Express Worldwide (3-8 working days)

• For orders below S$100, the shipping charges are S$40.00

• For orders between S$100 - S$250, the shipping charges are S$35.00

• For orders above S$250, we offer Free Expedited Shipping!

Hong Kong, Taiwan and Bangkok (3 - 6 working days)

Standard Shipping – International & Local Courier (3 -6 workings days)

• For orders below S$100, the shipping charges are $15.00.

• For orders between S$100 - S$150, the shipping charges are $10.00.

• For orders above S$150, we offer Free Standard Delivery!

Indonesia (3 - 5 working days)

Air Shipping – International & Local Courier (3-5 working days). Ship out on every Wednesday and Friday. 

• For orders below S$100, the shipping charges are $8.00.

• For orders between S$100 - S$150, the shipping charges are $4.00.

• For orders above S$150, we offer Free Standard Delivery!

United Kingdom & Various part of Europe

Expedited Shipping – DHL Express Worldwide (3-8 working days)

• For orders below S$100, the shipping charges are S$40.00

• For orders between S$100 - S$250, the shipping charges are S$35.00

• For orders above S$250, Free Expedited Shipping!

4. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holiday). All orders processed after 2:00pm SGT will be processed the following business day and shipped out that day, based on product availability.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holiday will be processed on the following business day.

5. MY PACKAGE APPEARS TO BE MISSING?

6. WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR DUTIES AND TAXES?

Rock & Herb is not responsible for any customs, duties and taxes charged to a customer.

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. All applicable taxes and duties must be paid at the point of, or after delivery. Therefore, please check with your local authorities for information in regards to applicable duties or taxes. 

Note: UK orders are no longer charged duties, customs or taxes.
